See how happy and pretty you will be if you get RingCentral?
Packages run from $7.99 – $49.99 and start at 500 faxes or you can get unlimited faxes using their Corporate plan.
If you go over your allotted number of faxes, additional faxes run between 3.9 cents to 5.9 cents per page. Of course, if you get the unlimited plan, you don’t have to worry about this.
I’ve Faxed And I Can’t Get…
Customer support comes in all forms. With all packages except for the smallest package (Which only offers email support) you get 24/7 phone support, email support and live chat.
This means that no matter what kind of dealings you do, be it international or domestic, you have someone you can reach out to if you have an issue. Day or night!
No More Waiting Around The Fax Machine…
You can access the sending or receiving of faxes in multiple ways. Send or receive using their desktop interface, the mobile app or their online service. Want to be notified of an incoming fax via email or text? No problem. Just set that up in your settings! You can also send a fax directly through Microsoft Outlook or Office.
Flexible With Their Incoming And Outgoing…
Some services limit the number of incoming and outgoing faxes. (Such as 150 incoming/150 outgoing) RingCentral does not limit these numbers. You get a total number of faxes without limits. Thanks, RingCentral! Why don’t all companies do this???
Sure! You can schedule a time in the future for a fax to be sent. Not all companies allow this option.
Um... Um... Uh.. Don't be upset about the abs, I MEAN the bad, Mister.... Wait, what were we talking about?
As much as we hate to say it, their customer support leaves much to be desired. Their support is based in the Philippines. The live chat people are not very anticipatory of your needs. Like, at all.
When we asked for their support hours, for instance, they did not include what time zone or what days of the week. We ended up asking about 5 questions to get one complete answer. We also got different answers from different people. Frustrating, to say the least.
