If you go over your allotted number of faxes, additional faxes run between 3.9 cents to 5.9 cents per page. Of course, if you get the unlimited plan, you don’t have to worry about this.

Sure! You can schedule a time in the future for a fax to be sent. Not all companies allow this option.
As much as we hate to say it, their customer support leaves much to be desired. Their support is based in the Philippines. The live chat people are not very anticipatory of your needs. Like, at all.
When we asked for their support hours, for instance, they did not include what time zone or what days of the week. We ended up asking about 5 questions to get one complete answer. We also got different answers from different people. Frustrating, to say the least.
eFax had the best live chat.
RingCentral’s cheapest package does not come with live chat or phone support.
Normally, we base our ratings heavily on customer support. However, RingCentral’s options and features outweighed their poor support.
It’s not likely you will need much support from them from simple faxing needs anyway. We used them and did not have any troubles.
If you value customer support and don’t need a ton of options, you might consider eFax instead.
With RingCentral, you get answers through live chat, email or phone support. They are available 24/7. However, you do not get the live chat or phone support with their basic package.
